Shipping Information

All Armonelle orders are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times

United States: 5–8 business days. European Union: 7–12 business days. Rest of World: 10–18 business days. All shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs delays.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75 USD shipped to the United States. International orders over $120 USD qualify for free shipping to most destinations.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders via email once your order has been dispatched from Istanbul.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Armonelle products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, kese gloves, loofahs, sea sponges, and opened soap products cannot be returned once used. Gift sets may be returned if all items are unused and in original packaging.

How to Return

Email support@armonelle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Armonelle has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
