Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods supported by Stripe, including credit and debit cards, and other regional payment options available at checkout.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices on our site are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD), regardless of your shipping destination.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at support@armonelle.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Our products are sourced from leading textile manufacturing regions, including Turkey, China, Bangladesh, and Egypt, depending on the item. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery generally takes 4–7 business days.
Why do some items take longer to ship?
Select styles — particularly certain footwear — are produced in limited batches and may require up to 5 additional business days of preparation before they ship. We’ll always aim to get your order moving as quickly as possible.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Will I owe customs duties or import taxes?
Orders outside the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liner intact. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We can only accept returns shipped via FedEx.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes — let us know when you start your return at support@armonelle.com and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to message us at support@armonelle.com before ordering.
What materials do you use?
We prioritize soft, breathable, and durable fabrics suited for everyday comfort. Specific fabric composition is listed on each individual product page.
How should I care for my Armonelle pieces?
Care instructions are included on the label of each item and on its product page. As a general rule, gentle cold-water washing and air drying will help your pieces last longer.
