Shipping and Delivery
How do I track my order?
Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. It is very easy to track – just enter your number in the “Tracking” on our website and click the “track” button – you will instantly receive up-to-date information about your order.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Not a cent! We send out all orders via free standard shipping for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Oops, not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this for you. If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! Contact us and we will do our best to redirect your order to a new address. Please check your address carefully, as we can only send your order to the address you provide on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to all parts of the globe!
Returns and Exchanges
Do you have a returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery/receipt of order. However, not all items are eligible for return. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 14 days.

How secure is your payment?
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Stripe, which is a highly secure and encrypted system designed to protect customers.
What payment types do you offer?
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a discount code, simply enter it at checkout in the designated box and click ‘Apply’. Only one discount code can be used per order.
I forgot to use my discount code!
If you forgot to apply your discount code, please email us at support@armonelle.com and we’ll assist you!

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?
If there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us and include any relevant photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
I need to cancel or change my order!
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
