Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return process works.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liner (where applicable) intact. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been worn or has had the hygiene seal removed cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email support@armonelle.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it via FedEx to the address we provide. We are only able to accept returns shipped via FedEx.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know when you start your return and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@armonelle.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
