30-Day Glow Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
3. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used kese gloves and opened soap products cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
