Refund Policy

At Armonelle LLC, we strive to provide a positive shopping experience. However, if you need to return a product, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns:


To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be initiated for return and sent back within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original product packaging with all contents included.
  • Item(s) must be in new, unused condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must have original, undamaged labels and tags.
  • Item(s) must be uncontaminated.
  • Item(s) must be undamaged and unwashed.

If the returned item(s) does not meet these conditions or is deemed unfit by our team, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at support@armonelle.com. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Procedure:

After receiving your returned package at our supplier’s warehouse in China, we will inspect the items to confirm they meet our return requirements. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@armonelle.com so that we can evaluate the issue and address it promptly.

Exchanges:


If you would like an exchange, the quickest option is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.


Incorrect Address:

If an incorrect address was provided, and you do not receive your package as a result, we reserve the right not to send a replacement.


Order Cancellations:

We understand that orders may need to be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@armonelle.com. Once an order is processed and a tracking number has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you purchased our digital product, “A GAME WITHOUT LOSERS,” please note that it is non-refundable once the email containing it has been opened.
